- Initial consultation to establish what you require and the extent of our support in your self-build project, from finance to complete build and finish
- Secure plot (providing assistance where required)
- Using your architect, or ours, to agree home design
- Feasibility study - providing you a realistic costing prior to planning application, including our level of project management service, which is tailored to your needs.
- Planning application
- Building regulation application
- Agree build package and full service required and enter contract - all or individual parts for a build programme
- Timetable and stage payment agreed
- Completion build programme including masonry shell or home completion package
We build the structure ready for you to finish your home as you choose, i.e. brick clad or rendered, choose your windows, floor finishes, and roof finishes. You have the advantage of a complete quick built weatherproof structure, allowing you to move forward and fit out your home to a reasonable timetable and to a high quality of design with the appearance to match, without the hold up of the weather.
